By creating an account, accessing, or using TokenTap5e (the "Service"), operated by Reforged & Refined LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
TokenTap5e is a companion application for tabletop Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition campaigns. The Service allows Dungeon Masters ("DMs") to manage tokens, NPCs, enemies, locations, and campaign records, and allows Players to interact with campaign content, track character information, and participate in sessions.
TokenTap5e is designed to complement, not replace, physical rulebooks, official D&D content, or other third-party tools. We are not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or the official Dungeons & Dragons brand.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
TokenTap5e offers free and paid subscription tiers (including but not limited to "DM Pro," "Player Pro," and "Party Plan"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including character data, journal entries, campaign notes, and images ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service, for example displaying your Campaign Chronicle to your party.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share.
Publicly accessible pages generated by the Service, such as the Campaign Chronicle page, are visible to anyone with the link, regardless of subscription status.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and, where applicable, Google AdSense and AdMob (advertising). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.
Reforged & Refined LLC may separately offer physical products (such as NFC-embedded tokens or Campaign Coasters) for purchase through channels outside this Service. Purchases of physical products are governed by the terms of sale presented at the point of purchase, which may differ from these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Physical NFC tags and hardware are not covered under these Terms and may be subject to separate product warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reforged & Refined LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, campaign content, or revenue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
